This hearing aid family offers unique features such as fall detection, language translation and transcription. They are compatible with iOS and Android, although hand-free calling is only available for iOS.
These hearing aids are waterproof up to one metre and feature an advanced neuro-processor.

Features

One of the key features of the Starkey Genesis AI is the advanced neuro processor. Powered by a deep neural network, it allows the hearing aids to adapt sound processing based on a real-time environment. Among its cutting-edge features is the iEdge Mode, a feature common to all the Starkey Genesis AI models. This feature optimises speech perception according to the real-time environment.
The iEdge Mode also provides real-time translation and transcription, an industry-leading technology.

Connectivity

The Starkey Genesis AI hearing aids offer Bluetooth connectivity that allows users to stream and take calls directly from their phones. Because it is made for iOS devices, hands-free calls are only available for iOS users. However, streaming is available for Android devices as well.
The Starkey Genesis AI family of hearing aids is also compatible with several accessories and connectors, such as the Starkey TV transmitter.

Mobile App

Starkey Genesis AI hearing aids users can manage their devices with My Starkey App. The application features a smart assistant that allows users to adjust hearing aid settings with voice commands. The app also offers advanced personal health monitoring, including setting reminders, tracking steps, and monitoring heart rate. Built-in motion sensors detect falls and can alert an emergency contact if needed.
