Is the online hearing test free, and how long does it take?
Yes, the online hearing screening is free, quick (~5 minutes), and overseen by audiologists.
Does the hearing screening test provide an audiogram?
No, the online hearing screening test does not provide you with an audiogram. It can only detect hearing loss and does not provide information regarding the type and depth of the hearing loss.
How do I get started with my hearing aids?
Your hearing aids are delivered to you pre-set according to the audiogram you sent us. You can charge them and already try them on. Ensure that you pair them correctly with your smartphone by referring to our Pairing Guide,. You will then have your first tele-fitting session with your dedicated audiologist, who will fine-tune the settings of your hearing aids live.

What payment options are available?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and offer interest-free instalment plans on request/invoice — ask for details.
What are the delivery times and shipping countries?
Auzen’s logistical centre is in France. We ship to Switzerland with free delivery and returns for orders over CHF 250. Processing takes about 10 business days, then shipping via UPS takes about 3 business days. (For orders under CHF 250, shipping charges apply.) We also ship to EU countries, the UK —please inquire for your country.
Trial, Warranty & Insurance
What does the 30‑day trial include?
Try any hearing aid model risk-free for 30 days. We cover delivery, and you’ll receive full support during the trial.
How do I get my money back if I’m not satisfied during the 30-day trial period?
A written request for a return must precede all exchanges or refunds. Contact Auzen by email at contact@auzen.com within 30 days of purchase. Please return the product in its original packaging with tracked shipping, including your order reference and a clear indication of whether you are requesting an exchange or refund.
What warranty cover is provided?
All devices include a 4-year manufacturer’s warranty. For an additional CHF 150 per device, Auzen Care adds protection against theft, loss, accidental damage, and mechanical failure.
Are Auzen’s hearing aids covered by Swiss health insurance?
Yes—Auzen hearing aids can be partially reimbursed in Switzerland under AVS, AI/IV, or SUVA schemes.
Typical reimbursable amounts (2025):
- AVS: up to CHF 630 per ear, every 5 years
- AI/IV: up to CHF 1,840 per aid, every 6 years
- SUVA: variable, often full reimbursement for work-related losses

What routine care is required?

What if my hearing aid stops working?
First, ensure your hearing aids are charged and all parts are clean. For persistent issues, contact us for support and troubleshooting at +41 31 528 08 79 or book an appointment online.
