Once you have obtained your results, choose the range of hearing aids recommended by our audioprosthetists that best suits your needs. In less than 10 days, you will then receive your kit including your hearing aids pre-configured according to the results of your online hearing test, as well as the charger that we offer you. Upon receipt of your kit, you will be put in touch with your dedicated hearing care professional to help you fine-tune your hearing aid settings online.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX) but also Paypal.

Can I pay in several installments?

How are the settings online?

Once the app is connected to your hearing aids, the hearing care professional performs a series of tests remotely through your app. This is how the settings of your hearing aids are fine-tuned to perfectly match your hearing.

What is the difference between physical and online hearing care?

In both cases, hearing care is performed by qualified audioprosthetists. The fitting of the hearing aids is done in both cases via dedicated hearing aid apps. Auzen premium service provides online tuning and more convenient as it does not require physical travel every time tuning optimization is required. A better adjustment is the assurance of wearing your hearing aids every day, in all environments and without discomfort.

Can I connect my hearing aids to my phone and tablet?

Yes, all devices with an IOS 9.3.5 or higher system (Iphone 4S equivalent) are compatible.

How do I connect my hearing aids to my other devices via Bluetooth?

All our hearing aids are equipped with Bluetooth 5.0.LE functionality which allows them to be connected to your phone, TV, car and all your other Bluetooth accessories to receive sound directly in your ears.

How long do my hearing aids battery last?

All our hearing aids are battery-free and 100% rechargeable via a charger offered in your order. The average battery life is 10 years. For any battery purchase, we recommend that you go directly to our online store .

What are manufacturers' mobile applications used for?

Each manufacturer has their own app that connects to their respective brand's hearing aids. Click on the link corresponding to the brand of you have chosen to download and install the corresponding application.

Do I need any additional special equipment to use Auzen hearing aids?

You do not need any specific equipment to adopt the hearing aids we offer. A relatively recent smartphone is sufficient for you to access applications and care remotely.
