Auzen guarantees the identical replacement of your hearing aids in case of
Theft
Loss
Damage
The warranty comes into effect on the date of the warranty purchase and ceases if the hearing aid undergoes reparation/replacement.
Auzen Care covers all repair costs, including parts and labour, if the damage sustained by the hearing device is repairable. If it’s not, Auzen will send you a replacement hearing device identical to the one you lost for only 30% of its price at the time of replacement.
Auzen Care is valid for 4 years and is not renewable.
Please note that Auzen Care is exclusively applicable to the hearing aids whose serial numbers are specified on the Auzen Care invoice.

How it works
Did your hearing aids sustain damage?
Did you lose one or both devices?
Here is what you need to do:

Contact us
Reach out to your dedicated hearing specialist. They will evaluate the extent of the damage and start the repair / exchange / renewal process.
You have
Auzen Care
Great.
In case of damage, Auzen will send you replacement hearing aids for the duration of the reparations. Should your hearing aids be deemed unrepairable by the lab, Auzen guarantees their identical replacement for only 30% of their price at the moment they require replacement.
In case of loss or theft, Auzen will send you a replacement device identical to the one you lost for only 30% of their price at the moment they require replacement.
You don’t have
Auzen Care
Well, that’s a shame.
Should your hearing aids sustain damages and be deemed unrepairable by the lab, you will need to purchase a new device at its full price to replace the irreparable one. Also, you won’t be able to benefit from free temporary replacement devices while yours are being assessed and repaired.
In case of loss or theft, you will have to repurchase the lost device at its full price at the time you need to replace it.

Your hearing expert will start the return process and provide you with the contact information for our pick-up services that you can schedule at your convenience.

Sit down and relax.
In case of damage, your temporary replacement hearing aids will arrive in a few days. All that’s left to do is schedule pick-up services at your convenience to send us back the damaged hearing aids.
And obviously, shipping is on us.
You don’t have
Auzen Care
In case of damage, after the initial assessment by your hearing specialist, you will be provided with the contact details for our local pick-up and shipping services.
You will have to cover the shipping fees.

Get back your hearing aids / new hearing devices
You have
Auzen Care
Should your hearing aids be repairable, Auzen will cover the cost of parts and labour as well as the shipping costs back to you.
Should your hearing devices not be repairable, Auzen will send you an identical replacement for only 30% of its price at the time. And again, shipping fees are on us.
You don’t have
Auzen Care
Should the hearing aids be reparaible within the manufacturer’s warranty, Auzen will cover the cost of reparations as well as the shipping fees back to you.
Should your hearing aids not be repairable, and you wish to replace them, you will have to cover the full price of the new hearing devices. Of course, shipping fees are on us.
