Signia IX Silk Charge & Go was released at the end of 2023, and it is the latest line of CIC (completely-in-canal) hearing aids from giant hearing aid manufacturer Signia. Using cutting-edge AI, the hearing aids recognise human speech patterns around the wearer and listen to them.

With Integrated Xperience (IX) technology, these hearing aids offer crystal-clear sound quality and speech clarity, even in noisy environments. Its inside-the-ear design offers maximum discretion, while the flexible silicone domes ensure the hearing aids are comfortable.

Signia IX Silk Charge & Go is easily rechargeable with a pocket-size charger case. It comes in three technology levels, perfect for active lifestyles.

Signia IX Silk Charge & Go 3IX

The Comfort Line model offers 32 processing channels and 16 adjustment bands. Conversation management features include Dynamic Soundscape Processing 3.0, Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0, Speech Stabilisation, and Speech and Noise Management. It also offers wind and feedback protection and Tinnitus Noise Therapy Manager.

Signia Charge & Go 5IX

The Advantage Line model offers all the features of the Comfort Line plus 36 processing channels and 18 adjustment bands. It delivers a more advanced level of wind protection and a dedicated program for reverberant environments.

Signia Charge & Go 7IX

The Excellence Line model offers all the features of previous performance levels plus 48 processing channels and 20 adjustment bands. This level offers unique advanced features such as an extended bandwidth, an AutoEchoshield that reduces the impact of loud noises and the full range of Dynamic soundscape Processing 3.0.

One remarkable feature of the Signia IX Silk Charge and Go is the Integrated Xperience (IX). This technology uses a multi-stream architecture that allows you to listen to multiple speakers in real time.
These hearing aids come with an array of conversation enhancement features, such as Dynamic Soundscape Processing 3. 0, that optimise hearing aid performance. Thanks to the new Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0, users of Signia IX Silk charge-and-go hearing aids can enjoy advanced noise-cancellation from both ears.
The Signia IX Silk Charge & Go also offers tinnitus management features and Cros/BICROS support, for users with hearing problems in only one ear.

Connectivity

The Signia IX Silk Charge & Go hearing aids don’t use Bluetooth to connect to their phones. To pair a Signia hearing aid to a smartphone, users should download the application and pair the phone to the app on the smartphone.
